Coach Arvid Diels & his U18 Girls team secured an important win against Croatia last night (55-51). It was Elise Ramette who saved the day with and important threepointer and free throw, which ultimately led to the win. She also added 10 rebounds and 5 assists to her stats, whilst Sofia Ouahabi had 14 points for Belgium and Eline Maesschalck added 12 points. Serena-Lynn Geldof had a solid double double with 12 points and 15 rebounds.

With the victory, Belgium stays in the run to reach the quarter finals at the European Championship in Slovenia. They will face Czech Republic next at 16:15 today.
